Led a full commercial strategy transformation, restructured the organization, enhanced sales competencies, and renegotiated key partnerships—resulting in double sales growth and a +7pp market share increase.
GlaxoSmithKline & Pfizer Joint Venture – Consumer Healthcare (2020–2021)
Co-created the new organizational structure, recruited key talents, and implemented new processes and commercial policies during the challenging COVID-19 period.
Field Structure Optimization at P&G (2014–2016)
Designed and implemented a new field sales and merchandising model, selected an outsourcing partner, and successfully led an organizational change process.
